FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY COUNTY ROADS # 37 & #54.75
RANGE 65, TOWNSHIP 5 SECTION 19 NW/ PTN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that a portion of land situate the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section
19, Township 5 North, Range 65 West=of--the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, be
and the same is hereby accepted for right-of-way purposes on County Road #37 and
County Road #54.75, said Right-of-Way Deed to aforementioned property is hereto
attached and made a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
