RESOLUTION -

WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission by Resolution has . 1
-- recommended to the Board of County Commissioners that Section 1,
Paragraph 1,"ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS...." of the Weld County
Zoning Resolution be amended to include "C-O, CONSERVATION DISTRICT", •

WHEREAS, said amendment is attached hereto and made a part of this

_--• _ o WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners approves said amend-
ment creating and establishing a C-O, CONSERVATION DISTRICT;

,o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amendment to Section
