As advertised,this solicitation is for White Bond Paper.
On August 6,2025,four bids were opened for the white bond paper bid which includes
two types and three sizes of white bond paper. Bids were submitted by Staples
Contract&Commercial LLC,Source OT,Quill LLC,and ODP Business Solutions. All
vendors agreed to partial bid awards.
The lowest bid for 201b white bond in all sizes is Staples Contract&Commercial LLC and
meets all bid specifications.The bid for 201b white bond,letter size is$37.00 per case,
201b white bond,legal size is$63.00 per case,and 201b white bond,tabloid size is$47.00
per case for a grand total of$46,795.00.
The lowest bid for 241b white bond in letter size is Quill LLC and meets all bid
specifications.The bid for 241b white bond,letter size is$41.85 per case for a grand total
of$2,218.05.
All prices are firm from September 1,2025,to August 31,2026.
Since all vendors agreed to partial bid awards,the recommendation is to award the
bid for 201b white bond in letter,legal and tabloid sizes to Staples Contract&
Commercial LLC,and the bid for 241b white bond in letter size to Quill LLC.
