DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE - That said Contract shall be changed in the following particulars:
Add to Office of Emergency Preparedness Item 5-21, a portion of the road known as the
K-4 Ranch Road (Co. Rd. 44 x Rd 87, 1.5 mile) and designate it as 5-21A. Repair flood
damage using quantities below.
and that after the said changes shall have been made with additions and/or deletions are
hereby directed to be a part of the original Contract, the agreement as shown by the
original Contract together with the above-named additions and/or deletions shall constitute
the agreement and Contract of the parties hereto
