Subject: Award Recommendation for Grader Blades Bid B2500128 As
advertised, this solicitation is for Grader Blades.
On October 22, 2025, six bids were opened for the 2025 Grader Blades Bid. The bids
were submitted by Wagner Equipment, Wear Parts & Equipment, 4 Rivers
Equipment, Avenues International Inc, Chemung Supply Corporation and DMC Wear Parts.
The low bidder is Wagner Equipment. Therefore, the recommendation is to award the
bid to Wagner Equipment in the amount of $218,463.08.
