ACCEPT AND APPROVE AGREEMENT
FOR TRASH REMOVAL
JOHN KLINE:
WHEREAS, John Kline has submitted an agreement for trash removal
from the Weld County Courthouse, Jail, Services Building and Library, at a
rate of One Hundr-d- Dollars- ($100.00)- per- month, and-
WHEREAS, John Kline has also submitted an agreement for trash
removal from the Weld County Nursing Home, at a rate of Fifty-five Dollars
($55.00) per month, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to accept said agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the agreements for trash removal as submitted
by John Kline be and the same are hereby accepted and approved, to be
effective from May 31, 1970 to May 31, 1971, copies of said agreements are
hereby attached and made a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

WELD COUNTY COURT HOUSE, COUNTY JAIL, SERVICE BUILDING
and COUNTY LIBRARY
I , JOHN KLINE, agree to haul TRASH, RUBBISH and GRASS
CLIPPINGS from the premises of the COURT HOUSE, COUNTY
JAIL and GENERAL SERVICES BUILDINGS on a DAILY BASIS
of a FIVE DAY WEEK, not including SUNDAYS.
I will make two (2) PICKUPS A WEEK at the WELD COUNTY
LIBRARY.
This contract does not cover my hauling away any boxes ,
crates or other discards left by private contractors
or dealers.
Any additional buildings added to my pickup, other than
those specified, will be at a minimum cost of
TWO DOLLARS ($2.00) per day.
The fee for such haulage will be $100.00 per month .
This contract to become effective May .'l , 1970 , and to be
in effect until May 31 , 1971.
This contract may be assigned by John Kline if said hauler
goes out of business or is bought out.

WELD COUNTY NURSING HGME
I , JOHN KLINE, agree to haul TRASH, RUBBISH (consisting
of PAPER and TIN CANS) and whatever amount of tightly
sealed PLASTIC SACKS and GRASS CLIPPINGS from the Weld
County Nursing Home premises on a SIX DAY WEEKLY BASIS
with the exclusion of Sundays .
All the above mentioned items to be stored in adequate
containers furnished by the Nursing Home and placed in
an area with easy access to the stored items for a 6:00
A.M. daily pickup.
The fee for such haulage will be at the sum of $55. 00
per calendar month.
Any trash, rubbish or discarded boxes left by private
contractors or dealers is not included in this contract.
This contract to become effective May 31 , 1970, and to be
in effect until May 31 , 1971 .
This contract may be assigned by John Kline if said hauler
goes out of business or is bought out .
