BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of a public road situate
within a tract of land located in the SW'*SW4 of Section 11, Township 5 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the SE Corner of said Section 11 and considering
the South line of said Section 11 to bear North 90° 00' 00"
West and with all other bearings contained herein being relative
thereto:
Thence North 90° 00' 00" West along the South line of said Section 11,
1,466.40 feet to the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter (SE Cor SW*SE*) of said Section 11; said
Southeast Corner (SE Cor) Being the True Point of Beginning:
Thence continuing North 90° 00' 00" West, 321.60 feet; Thence
North 01° 44' 06" West, 1,439.19 feet; Thence North 88° 02' 54"

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the plat be approved for filing, and
said public road thereon shown be approved by the County of Weld provided,
that the County of Weld will undertake maintenance of the public roads after
it has been constructed by the sole owner, according to the specifications of
Weld County, Colorado, and not by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and

Gentlemen:
In March of 1966, I sold the St. John' s German Evangelical
Lutheran Church ten acres of land in the East Half (Eh) , South-
west Quarter (SWy4) of the Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section
Eleven (11) , Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West,
in Weld County, Colorado.
Subsequent to that time, I gave a strip of land along my
remaining land 20 feet in width for roadway purposes, which was
all that was requested. After giving the 20-foot strip, I built
a fence along my present east property line.
The Church has since requested that I grant an additional
ten feet off my east side for roadway purposes. I am presently
using this property for agricultural purposes for pasture and
have no intention of moving my fence.
In order to satisfy requirements of the Weld County Planning
Commission, I do hereby agree to dedicate an additional 10-foot
strip of land extending along the east side of my land for street
purposes at such time as:
1. Sixteenth Street is opened up to the west of 35th Avenue
and this street to the east of my property can be opened through
to 16th Street as extended;
2. I sell or subdivide my remaining property.
