York, P.E. To Whom It May Concern: Bottled water will be used for domestic use. Water taken from the Sweet Valley pit dewatering, once ground water is exposed, will be used for dust suppression and washing at the wash plant for sand and aggregates. A well permit application will be submitted to the State Engineer for approval prior to ground water being exposed. CCWCD will provide a copy of the approved well permit to the County when it is received. A temporary substitute water supply plan will be submitted to the State Engineer for this operation. A copy of the approval will be submitted to the County once it is received. This plan provides details of the consumptive use associated with the operation of the mine and the source of the replacement/augmentation water that will be used prior to ground water being exposed.
