ACCEPT RIGHT OF WAY DEED

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the Right-of-Way Deed presented by Bertha M. and Jack M. Allison
dated December 15, 1972, be and it is hereby accepted, said parcel of land more
particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land along the East line of the North Half
(Ni) of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of
the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner (NE Cor) of said Section
16, and considering the East Line of said Section 16 to bear
South 00° 26' 33" East, with all other bearings contained
herein being relative thereto:
Thence South 00° 26' 33" East along the East line of
said Section 16, 330 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence South 00° 26' 33" East along said Section line
a distance of 983.94 feet to the Northeast Corner (NE Cor)
WESTRIDGE FOURTH FILING; Thence North 89° 30' 18" West,
along the North Line of said WESTRIDGE FOURTH FILING
40.00 feet; Thence North 00° 26' 33" West 984 feet, more
or less, to a point; Thence East 40 feet, more or less
to the true point of beginning, said tract of land contains
.903 acres more or less
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That JACK M. ALLISON
e.,, and BERTHA M. ALLISON, Weld County, Colorado, for the consideration
of other valuable considerations and Ten Dollars in hand paid, hereby sell
ttn and convey to WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, the rights-of-way for a
public highway over and across the following real property situate in the
County of Weld and State of Colorado, shown on recorded plat as being
f designated Parcel C, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
