GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the south—west corn ner of section twenty-one, in township eight north, of Range fifty- seven, west of the 6th F.tc., and then run east four miles to the town- snip line, then south two miles to the township line connecting with the state 1.116i-way, No, 14, sometimes caned le double six", at the south • east corner of the township : also commencing at the south-east corner of section twenty two, same township. and Range , running thence south one mile to connect with roads already granted • • • • Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
