Partial Acreage Release (AR3) of Unmined Permit Area
Please be advised that on November 12, 2025, Holcim - WCR, Inc., whose address and telephone number
are 1687 Cole Blvd., Suite 300, Golden, CO 80401; (303) 985-1070, filed an application for a/an Acreage
Release Request (AR- 3) to M1989029, Longmont Distel Operations, which is located approximately 3
miles East of Longmont, Section 8, Township 2N, Range 68W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County.
Partial acreage release of F. Robert Distel Trust Property a release request of 5.7 acres.
Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained
from Patrick Lennberg at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215
Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 665-0836.
Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the
application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision
on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision.
