Approve Reassignments to Board of Adjustment
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, the term for a certain position on the Board of Adjustment will soon expire, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Hunter Rivera on said board from the Associate Member At -Large to the District 1
Representative, with a term to expire July 31, 2027, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Michael Wailes on said board from the At -Large Regular Member to the District 2
Representative, with a term to expire July 31, 2026, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Elijah Hatch on said board from the Associate Member to the District 3 Representative,
with a term to expire July 31, 2028.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the positions of Hunter Rivera, Michael Wailes, and Elijah Hatch, be, and
hereby are, reassigned on the Board of Adjustment, effective July 31, 2025, with terms to
expire as listed above.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 18th day of June, A.D., 2025:
