Please type on a separate sheet. 1 Explain how the Resubdivision complies with the recorded subdivision plat and all codes, covenants and restrictions associated with the subdivision. This re -subdivision cleans up property and right of way boundaries that have essentially been shared by Weld County and the School District. This re -subdivision complies with Weld County Code, and we don' t believe their are codes, covenants or restrictions that apply to this re -subdivision from the original Zita 1st Add of 1914. 2 Explain me reason tor me Kesubaivision request.
