ADD STREETS WITHIN HILLTOP FIRST FILING
SUBDIVISION TO COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM
(Portion R66W T5N S10 EzNEa) :
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that they hereby accept certain portions of streets
lying within the Hilltop First Filing Subdivision (Part of EZNEa of
Section 10 Township 5 North Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County.
Colorado) said streets being;
48th Avenue South from Highway 34 to 13th Street .26 mile m/1 60' wide
10th Street road .08 mile m/1 50' wide
11th Street .06 mile m/1 50' wide
12th Street to the east line of lots 16 and 21 .02 mile m/1 50' wide
13th Street .08 mile m/1 60' wide
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded
adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
In answer to the letter asking for acceptance of the roads in Hilltop
Subdivision, I offer the following.
Dr. Darst's contractors have done as fine a job and delivered as good a
product as it has been my pleasure to see. There is no reason why I cannot
wholeheartedly reccommend acceptance for maintenance on these streets:
48th Avenue south from Highway 34 to 13th Street.
10th Street Road.
11th Street.
12th Street to the east line of lots 16 and 21.
13th Street.
One further note, when we are asked to accept the south six feet of lot 40,
are we to maintain this? If so is it a dedicated easement? Perhaps this should
be referred to Mr. Telep.

The Weld .County Board of Commissioners at their 06 June meeting accepted for
maintenance the list of roads in Hilltop Subdivision contained in the letter that
is attached.
One reason for this letter directly to you is to assure you that Flatiron
paving has built some excellent roads in Hilltop. The acceptance procedure was
indeed a very rare pleasure.

Dear Sirs:
For the past several years I have been developing an area west
of the Greeley Country Club called Hilltop subdivision.
We have recently installed sewer lines, as you know, and now are
paving the street. The sewer and water connections have been
buried to the lot line on each lot so I hope we have avoided
breaking the mat for some time at least. I am now writing
asking you for the county' s acceptance for the maintenance of
these streets.
Together with the acceptance of the streets I want to include
the south six (6) feet of lot number 40 which is designed to
carry off drainaje water from the street.
I hope I will receive some sort of notice assuring me that the
maintenance of these streets has been accepted.
