Bids were received and opened on June 12, 2025 for the Dell Maintenance and
Support. One valid bid was received at $746,336.00. Attached is the bid tabulation for
your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bids. Lewan Technology out of
Greenwood Village, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $746,336.00 and meets
the requirements documented in the bid process.
With the above information, I recommend the BOCC award the Dell Maintenance and
Support to Lewan Technology for a total amount of $746,336.00.
