since there were no mineral interests
on our property.
This letter is to inform you that Living Rock Church of Severance requested a Site -Specific Development
Plan and Use by Special Review for a Church outside of subdivisions and historic townsites in the A
(Agricultural) Zone District. Please refer to case USR24-0017. You may have an interest in the mineral
rights on the Applicant's property more particularly described below.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section: PT W2W2 6-6-66 LOT A REC EXEMPT RECX17-0026; being a part of Section
6, Township 6N, Range: 66W
LOCATION: East of County Road 25 and South of County Road 74.
The Weld County planning commission hearing is scheduled for October 15, 2024 at 1:30pm. A
subsequent hearing with the Board of County Commissioners will be held on November 6, 2024 at
10am. Both meetings will be held in the hearing Room, Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O
Street, Greeley CO.
