WE Website Title: PDC Energy, Inc. - Tanner K33-14 Et Fed K33-65HN - Weld County Notice Period Begins: March 3, 2025 Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution: Applicant: PDC Energy, Inc. Facility: Tanner K33-14 a Fed K33-65HN Well Production Facility NESW Quadrant of Section 33, Township 4N, Range 66W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: PDC Energy, Inc. (PDC) submits this permit application to obtain traditional construction permit coverage for the condensate tank (point 001, permit 24WE0869) which was historically covered under a GP01. Additionally, PDC is applying for a new LP Venting emissions source at the facility (point 005, permit 24WE0870). The facility is located in the severe ozone nonattainment area and is synthetic minor for VOC NANSR and TV -OP, as well as n -hexane. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to avoid other requirements The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
