We currently supply the property with a 3/4 -inch non-residential tap. Please note that if future changes to
the use of the property affect water demands, a new commitment letter will be required. Other than this,
LTWD has no comments or concerns regarding this change of zone request.

The anticipated truck traffic for this small parcel is believed to be small enough to have minimal impact
to US -34.
CDOT has no requirements.
