The Planning Commission acted with the advice of Tom Connell , Assistant County Attorney , concerning the Subdivision Regulations and installation of curbing. Tom' s opinion is that nothing is being dedicated that was not already dedicated by the prev- vious platting. Therefore it is difficult to require the developer to guarantee public improvements such as street paving , etc . However , the Planning Commission felt that even thou h there w k.s no legal rtapirtmest, that it would recommend That some provision be made for placement of curb in this subdivision . The County Engineer indicated the cost of curb is approximately $1 . 75 per lineal foot. This plat measures 1502 feet at $1 . 75 per lineal foot and the recom- mended bond is $2 ,628 . 50. This makes no provision for road construction , survey monuments , street lights or street signs . An additional problem is different ownership on the east side of 49th Avenue Court and how much cost should these other owners bear with respect to road construction etc . The problem was skirted by not requiring bonding for these items . In the other question of park dedication , it is my iudgmpnt that two new lots were created , providing a plan for two a��it }onel"families and thap-the additional families require dedication for park purposes . The facility is to extract the impurities and liquids from the gas as it comes from the wells . Liquids will be hauled away by truck , the gas will be piped to a mainline system. MOTION : By Mr. Ewing to approve the facility. Second by Mr. Fouts , a unanimous vote of "Aye" . Motion carried . Utility statement is shown on the plat . There are overhead utilities which wouldn ' t require any changes to be made. Mr. Freese stated the sewer and water are already installed . SUBJECT : Subdivision Agreement DISCUSSION : Mr. Mauldin reported there had been very little response to the proposed agreement . A letter from the Bureau of Reclama- tion requesting they be contacted of any proposed subdivision where their lines traverse . They receive all agendas and minutes of the Utility Board . Mr . Lorenson stated a letter will be sent the bureau in response to their request . Letters from the Union REA and Public Service Company were read . Mr .
