Approve Appointment of David Eisenbraun as Interim Chief Building Official of
Weld County Department of Planning Services
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, by Resolution #2024-0148, dated January 22, 2024, Robert Godin was
appointed as the Chief Building Official of the Weld County Department of Planning
Services, and
Whereas, as a result of a vacancy in the Department of Planning Services, the Board
deems it advisable to appoint David Eisenbraun as the Interim Chief Building Official of
the Weld County Department of Planning Services, effective March 17, 2025.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that David Eisenbraun be, and hereby is, appointed as the Weld County Interim
Chief Building Official.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 17th day of March, A.D., 2025:
