ACCEPT AND APPROVE
AGREEMENT FOR TRASH REMOVAL
BUNTING TRASH SERVICE:
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado has solicited bids for trash removal
from the Weld County Courthouse, Weld County Jail , Weld County Nursing
Home, Weld County Services Building, Weld County Library, Weld County
Main Shop and Weld County Sign Shop, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado did receive bids from Bunting Trash
Service, The Way Rubbish Removal , and Brantner Trash Service, and
WHEREAS, Bunting Trash Service submitted the following low bid:

2. Weld County Nursing Home 6 days per week 2 yard 45.00
3. Weld County Courthouse 5 days per week None 30.00
4. Weld County Services

5. Weld County Main Shop 2 days per week
on Wednesday and 2 yard 20.00
Friday
6. Weld County Sign Shop 1 day per week
on Friday 1 yard 7.50
7. Weld County Library 1 day per week
on Friday 1 yard 7.5(1
TOTAL $160.00
and,
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the County
to accept the low bid of Bunting Trash Service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that the low bid of Bunting Trash Service for trash
removal from the above listed facilities be accepted in the best interest of
the County and the same is hereby accepted and approved to be effective
from June 1 , 1971 , to May 31 , 1972, copy of said agreement is attached and
made a part of the resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

TRASH REMOVAL AGREEMENT
I , LONDELL A. BUNTING, BUNTING TRASH SERVICE, Route 4, Box 266, Greeley,
Colorado, agree to haul trash, rubbish, grass clippings , shrub and tree
clippings , as well as sealed plastic bags, from the following County-owned
areas:

2. Weld County Nursing Home 6 days per week 2 yard 45.00
3. Weld County Courthouse 5 days per week None 30.00

It is agreed that the monthly charge will be $160 as agreed.
It is agreed that three (3) separate billings will be furnished each month,
one to cover items 1 , 3, 4, and 7, and the second to cover item 2 and the
third to cover items 5 and 6.
This agreement to become effective June 1 , 1971 , and to remain in effect
through May 31 , 1972.
