RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, heretofore and on July 22, 1959, the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, passed a resolution establishing
the Weld County Planning Commission and providing for a four-member
board to serve on said Commission, and
WHEREAS, hereafter, the Board passed a resolution providing for
four (4) associate members to said Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board that the regular
membership of said Weld County Planning Commission should be increased
to five (5) members, and a method established for an orderly succession
of new members,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that until further order of
the Board, the Weld County Planning Commission shall consist of five (5)
regular members and four (4) associate members and that the composition
of the Planning Commission, subject to each member's term of office
already in effect, shall be as follows, to-wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED, that the
order and method of filling vacancies shall be as follows: Upon the vacancy
of a member of the Planning Commission, each associate member junior
to the vacancy shall be advanced and shall succeed to the unexpired term of
the member immediately preceding him; said associate members shall not
fill out their own terms but shall be advanced and shall succeed to the
unexpired term of the member immediately preceding him.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of October , 1972.
