Public Comment: Each individual speaker is allowed a three (3) -minute period of time in
which to direct comments to the Board. The Chair shall enforce the rules of order and
decorum, and will not accept comments regarding matters which are scheduled to be
considered at a future public hearing, such as a land use hearing. In that event, the
speaker will be asked to give their testimony at the appropriate public hearing, either in
person or in writing, pursuant to the rules set forth in Section 2-1-20.E of the Weld County
Code.
