HomeMy WebLinkAbout740539.tiff RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0957-30-2-RE134 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE 67WEST TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, SECTION 30 ALL OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NWQ) : WHEREAS , on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and WHEREAS, on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0957-30-2-RE134 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County , Colorado . Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows : All of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30 , Township 5 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Section; thence along the North line of said Northwest Quarter South 89° 59 ' 56" East, 2, 562. 04 feet to the Northeast Corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence along the North-South Centerline of said Section South 0°02 ' 23" West, 2, 635 .96 feet to the Center of said Section; thence along the East- West Centerline of said Section North 89° 59 ' 40" West, 2, 580. 14 feet to the Southwest Corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence along the West line of said Northwest Quarter North 0°25 ' 59" East, 2, 635 . 83 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning .
