DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0957-30-2-RE134
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 67WEST TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, SECTION 30
ALL OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NWQ) :
WHEREAS , on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly
of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates
to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS, on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the
prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for
recording of plat number 0957-30-2-RE134 as provided in
Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County , Colorado .
Said division of land determined to be exempt
from the definition of subdivision is more particularly
described as follows :
All of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30 , Township
5 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld,
State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Section; thence
along the North line of said Northwest Quarter South 89°
59 ' 56" East, 2, 562. 04 feet to the Northeast Corner of said
Northwest Quarter; thence along the North-South Centerline
of said Section South 0°02 ' 23" West, 2, 635 .96 feet to the
Center of said Section; thence along the East- West Centerline
of said Section North 89° 59 ' 40" West, 2, 580. 14 feet to
the Southwest Corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence along
the West line of said Northwest Quarter North 0°25 ' 59" East,
2, 635 . 83 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning .
The above described Parcel contains a gross acreage of
155. 58 Acres more or less .
The above described Parcel is subject to a 75 . 00 foot wide
reservation for Right-of-way for the Hillsboro Ditch as
noted hereon.
The above described Parcel is subject to existing Right-of-way
for Colorado State Highway 402 along the Northerly portions
thereof, and is subject, also, to existing Right-of-way for
County Road along the Westerly portions thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the
Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a
division of land determined to be exempt from the definition
of Subdivision No. 0957-30-2-RE134 , for recording .
