Re: Congressionally Directed Spending request for the City of Evans Infrastructure Projects
Dear Senators Bennet and Hickenlooper,
The Weld County Commissioners request your support for the City of Evans'
Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) application to assist the city in the construction
of an important public infrastructure project.
The project is for two storm sewer projects that will mitigate flooding in east Evans. CDS
funding would help leverage the City's local funding to make sure these critical
infrastructure projects are completed in 2026.
Weld County supports this very important funding request and hopes you will partner
with them to improve the quality of life of Evans and Weld County residents. Thank you
