WHEREAS , the County of Weld together with the City of Greeley ,
by and through its agent , the Weld County Municipal Airport Board ,
has leased certain property to the Governor of Colorado , for the
use and benefit of the Colorado National Guard , by that certain
Lease dated April 15 , 1969 , for a period of five ( 5 ) years , and
WHEREAS , the Lessee has given notice to the County of Weld
that it desires to extend said Lease for a period of five ( 5) years , and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners believes it to
be in the best interest of the County of Weld to extend said Lease
for a period of five ( 5) years .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County , Colorado , that the Lease dated April 15 ,
1969 , be and is hereby extended for a period of five ( 5) years until
April 1 , 1979 , upon the same terms and conditions as provided therein ;
and a copy of said Extension of Lease is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the Board of County Commissioners
be and it hereby is authorized to execute said Extension of Lease
and to make the same effective forthwith .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
July , 1974 .

EXTENSION OF LEASE OF
',WELD COUNTY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BOARD - the GOVERNOR OF COLORADO , -
for the use and benefit of the COLORADO NATIONAL GUARD
LEASE DATED APRIL 15 , 1969
THIS EXTENSION OF LEASE made and entered into this 3rd day
July , 1974 , by and between the CITY OF GREELEY and THE
JNTY OF WELD acting by and through its agent , WELD COUNTY MUNICIPAL
;FORT BOARD , hereinafter referred to as Lessor , and the GOVERNOR
OL.ORADO , for the use and benefit of the COLORADO NATIONAL GUARD ,
: inafter referred to as Lessee , WITNESSETH :
WHEREAS , a certain Lease was entered into by Lessor and Lessee
April 15 , 1969 , for a period of five ( 5) years , and said Lease
now expired , and Lessee has given notice to Lessor of its desire
extend said Lease for a period of five ( 5) years ; and
WHEREAS , Lessor is willing to extend said Lease for a period
•1ve ( 5) years .
NOW , THEREFORE , for and in consideration of the extension of
Lease by Lessor and the further consideration of the agreements
+ fiafter provided , it is agreed as follows :
That the Lease dated April 15 , 1969 , between Lessor and Lessee
erehy extended for a period of five ( 5) years , until April 1 , 1979 ,
the same terms and conditions .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have hereunto set their

LEASE ASSIGNMENT
The Weld County Municipal Airport Board acting as agents for the Lease
Agreement between the City of Greeley and County of Weld as Lessors , and
the Governor of Colorado, dated 10 November 1971 , does consent that the
Lessee may assign all/or portion of said demised premises to the Federal
Government for a period not to exceed the 1st day of November 2021 .
All conditions of the basic lease agreement shall apply to any assignment
of all/or portions of this leased premises.
