RE: VACATING A PART OF COUNTY ROAD NO, 35 BY QUIT CLAIM
DEED TO PRESENT OWNERS,

C\1 BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of
.moo Weld County, Colorado, does hereby sign a Quit Claim Deed as requested
in by the present owners, thereby vacating a part of County Road No. 35,
shown on recorded plat as Parcel "B" and more particularly described as

t" A sixty foot (60') highway right-of-way located in the South-
west Quarter (SW4) of Section 24 and the Southeast Quarter
o (SEA'-) of Section 23, all in Township 6 North, Range 66 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, the
centerline of said highway right-of-way being further
described as follows:
Beginning at the West Quarter Corner (W4 Cor) of said
c Section 24 and considering the West Line of the Northwest
Quarter (NW-I) of said Section 24 to bear North 00° 14' 02"
West with all bearings contained herein being relative
thereto:
Thence South 00° 05' 55" East, 927. 21 feet;
Thence along the arc of a circular curve to the left having a
radius of 233. 21 feet, a central angle of 37° 52' 03", an
arc length of 154. 13 feet and a chord which bears South 19°
01' 57" East, 151. 34 feet;
Thence South 37° 57' 58" East, 931. 41 feet;
Thence along the arc of a circular curve to the right having
a radius of 919. 30 feet, a central angle of 30° 25' 37", an
arc length of 488. 19 feet and a chord which bears south 22°
45' 10" East, 482. 48 feet;
Thence South 07° 32' 21" East, 358. 86 feet;
Thence along the arc of a circular curve to the left having
a radius of 99. 20 feet, a central angle of 17° 43' 44" an arc
length of 30. 70 feet and a chord which bears south 16° 24'
13" East, 30. 57 feet to the Point of Termination of said
highway right-of-way.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, Made this 23rd day of August , A. D. ,
1972, between WELD COLTNTY, a municipal corporation and a political
subdivision of the State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, for the respective interests of the COUNTY OF
WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first part, and THE
PRESENT OWNERS, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten
dollars, to said party of the first part in hand paid by the said parties
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT
CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey
and QUIT CLAIM unto the said parties of the second part, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first part
has in and to the following described real estate situate, lying and being
in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:
