Approve Reappointments to Weld County Community Development Block Grant
Advisory Committee (CDBGAC)
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, the terms for certain positions on the Weld County Community Development
Block Grant Advisory Committee (CDBGAC) will soon expire, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Dean Moyer to said board as a Municipality Representative; and to reappoint
Janet Meisel -Burns to said board as a Business Community Representative, both with
terms to expire November 1, 2028.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Dean Moyer and Janet Meisel -Burns be, and hereby are, reappointed to
the Weld County Community Development Block Grant Advisory Committee (CDBGAC),
both with terms to expire November 1, 2028.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 5th day of November, A.D., 2025, nunc pro tunc November 1, 2025:
Perry L. Buck, Chair: Aye
Scott K. James, Pro-Tem: Aye
Jason S. Maxey: Aye
Lynette Peppler: Aye
Kevin D. Ross: Aye
