DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1055-30-1-RE-82
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 65WEST, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, SECTION 30
PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NEa) :
WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly
of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates
to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS , on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to co=mply with the
prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Planning Commission
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for
recording of plat number 1055- 30- 1-RE-82 as provided in
Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County, Colorado .
Said division of land determined to be exempt
from the definition of subdivision is more particularly
described as follows :
The Northeast Quarter (NE;) of Section 30 , Township
4 North Range 65 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County,
Colorado , being more particularly described as follows :
beginning at the East Quarter Corner of said Section
30 , thence North along the East line of the said
Northeast Quarter , all bearings used herein relative
thereto, a distance of 2642 . 8 feet to the Northeast
Corner of said Section 30 ; thence N 89°24 'W along
the North line of said Northeast Quarter a distance
of 2650 . 56 feet to the North Quarter Corner of said
Section 30 ; thence S 00°12 'W along the West line of
the said Northeast Quarter a distance of 2690 . 32
feet to the Center of said Section 30 ; thence N
89°34 ' 30"E along the South Line of the said Northeast
Quarter a distance of 2659 . 9 feet more or less to
the point of beginning , containing 162 . 54 acres ,
and subject to any existing easements or rights of
way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the
Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a
division of land determined to be exempt from the definition
of Subdivision No . 1055-30-1-RE-82 , for recording.
