Please be advised that on January 2, 2025, Northern Colorado Constructors, whose address and telephone
number are 9075 Weld County Road 10, Fort Lupton, CO 80621; (303) 857-1754, filed an application for
a/an Surety Reduction Request (SR- 4) to M1990098, Perry Pit, which is located approximately 2 miles
Northwest of Brighton, Section 30, Township 1N, Range 66W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County.
Surety reduction request to reduce the required financial warranty amount to account for the completion of
major reclamation activities and cover those areas needing only re -seeding.
Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained
from Patrick Lennberg at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215

Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the
application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision
on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision.
