RESOLUTION
RE: AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY AND THE GREELEY
NATIONAL BANK.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the present system of
maintaining a County 4-H file and the printing of reports is in the need
of revision and change, and
WHEREAS, the Greeley National Bank of Greeley, Colorado,
is engaged in the commercial activity of computer data processing, and
WHEREAS, the Greeley National Bank has submitted an agree-
ment to perform services for the County in the form of maintenance
of a 4-H file and the printing of reports, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, believes it to be in the best interests of the County to enter
into such an agreement on the basis recited therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the agreement submitted
by the Greeley National Bank providing services for the County in the
form of maintenance of a 4-H file and the printing of reports, copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference be, and
it hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board be, and it hereby
is authorized, to execute the agreement as submitted and to make the
same effective forthwith.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of May,
1972.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this 3rd
day of May , 1972, by and between THE GREELEY NATIONAL
BANK hereinafter referred to as GNB, and WELD COUNTY, COLORADO ,
COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE, hereinafter referred to as County
WITNESSETH, THAT:
WHEREAS, GNB is engaged in the commercial activity
of computer data processing and proposes to perform services for the
County in the form of maintenance of a 4-H file and the printing of reports,
all as is more specifically set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, County desires to employ the services of GNB
for such purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
and covenants of the parties as are hereinafter contained and for the
further considerations hereinafter stated, it is understood and agreed
as follows :
1. GNB herby agrees to perform the services as are set
forth in detail in Exhibit A, and for the costs therein specified, for a
period of one year, commencing April 1, 1972.
2. The County employs GNB for the services to be
performed as set forth in Exhibit A and County agrees to pay GNB the
costs as are therein specified.
3. It is mutually understood and agreed that this agree-
ment shall automatically renew itself from year to year, subject to the
condition that such automatic renewal' shall be rendered void by either
party giving written notice of its intention not to renew the agreement
for an additional year, no later than the first day of January hereafter.
In the event GNB should determine that any renewal of this agreement
shall be subject to modification in costs charged by GNB for services
rendered, it shall be obliged to furnish such notice in writing on or
before the first day of each month of January hereafter, and if such
charges are not acceptable to the County, said County may advise
GNB in writing of its intention not to renew this agreement, even
though such notice is received by GNB later than January first.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have
hereunto subscribed their hands on the day and year first above written.

EXHIBIT A
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
4-H SYSTEM
THE GREELEY NATIONAL BANK OF GREELEY, COLORADO AGREES
TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING:
1. Keypunch and verify all input information at a cost of $. 10
per card. In the event that the County should keypunch and
verify all input information there shall be no keypunch costs
assessed by GNB.
Z. Perform maintenance on the 4-H master file 4 times per year
at a cost of $29. 20 per run.
3. Print 3 complete project listings per year at a cost of $43. 75
per listing.
4. Print 2 complete member listings per year at a cost of $43. 75
per listing.
5. Print 1 alphabetical leader listing per year at a cost of $7. 30.
6. Print 1 alphabetical member listing per year at a cost of
$21. 88.
7. Print 1 fair listing per year at a cost of $43. 75.
8. Print 1 re-enrollment listing per year at a cost of $65. 64.
9. Print 1 set of completion certificates per year at a cost of
$87. 50.
10. Print 1 set of renumbered listings per year for clubs, leaders,
and members at a cost of $43. 75.
11. Any of the listings mentioned above in items 2 through 10 may
be requested more than the number of times allowed for at
stated costs for each report.
12. The following reports may be requested at any time to be run
at a cost of $87. 50 per machine hour plus $. 02 per label for any
labels printed:
•
a. Selective mailing labels and listings thereof.
b. Selective project enrollment listings.
c. Selective reports.
d. Enrollment statistics reports.
13. All requested reruns of any reports will be charged at the
rate of $87. 50 per machine hour.
14. The cost of services to be performed as described herein,
to be effective April 1, 1972, shall be payable by the Weld
County Cooperative Extension Service upon receipt of invoice
from the Greeley National Bank.
THE WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, COOPERATIVE EXTENSION
SERVICE AGREES TO:
1. Provide the Greeley National Bank with all required input
information pertaining to county, clubs, leaders, members,
and requested reports.
SCHEDULES AS PROVIDED BY THE GREELEY NATIONAL BANK:
1. All report request forms must be received with authorizing
signatures, by Greeley National Bank a minimum of two (Z)
working days prior to the running of said requested reports.
2. If Greeley National Bank keypunches and verifies all main-
tenance input data, all maintenance forms , including leader
and member enrollment and re-enrollment forms and county,
city and club forms, must arrive at Greeley National Bank a
minimum of four (4) working days prior to the scheduled
maintenance run on the 4-H master file.
3. If the Weld County, Cooperative Extension Service keypunches
and verifies all maintenance input data, all keypunched and
verified maintenance data, including leader and member enroll-
ment and re-enrollment data and county, city and club data,
must arrive at the Greeley National Bank at least one (1) working
day prior to the scheduled run on the 4-H master file.
4. All reports to be delivered with input data to the Weld
County, Cooperative Extension Service upon completion.
