To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of - Weld County, Colorado: GENTLEMEN: Your Viewers appointed on the 9th day of. March____.. 191.j___.to view a County Road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your honorable body on the above named day and date, a copy of which has been received by us, viz: Commencing at___glhe__Seuth__ldn®__o f__ section 27, T. 11 N. R. 67, running thence along the East side of blocks I and J and block 25 in the townsite of Carr. Also that Stevenson Avenue in the townsite of Carr be extended through block S to the West line of block S. Also beginning at the North center line of section 29, T. 11 N. R. 67, running thence West between sections 29 and 20 to the West line of section 29, thence South between sections 29 and 30 to the South line of said see- tions, thence West between sections 30 and 31 to the Larimer and Weld County line. We also ask that the roads between blocks H and I and between blocks G and 3. Also Lincoln Avenue from the U. P. R. R. right of way West to the West line of block S. Also the roads between blocks C and D, E and F, and between C and F and D and E. Also the North 150 feet of 4th Street, and the North 150 feet of the alleys running through blocks 2 and 3 North and South, all in the townsite of Carr. Also all that part of the public high- way at the Northeast part of section 28, T. 11 N. R. 67 except a 60 foot road of former public road and that recently deeded to Weld County by Ella S.
