This small business provides individualized, customized baseball skills instruction to residents of Northern Colorado. This business use was approved pursuant to ZPAG23- 0012, which was approved October 23, 2024. Applicants are required to comply with the following SBIP criteria: 1. The subject property is located in unincorporated Weld County. 2. The business shall hire at least 50% of their new workforce from Weld County. 3. The applicant must be the record owner of the property or a tenant. 4. A full-time employee works a minimum of 32 hours per week.
