TDS BROADBAND SERVICES, LLC
SEPTEMBER 2013 - DECEMBER 2018
TDS Broadband Services, LLC, entered into an agreement with Weld County as a cable/tv franchise
in 2013 (Tyler Document #2013-1823) The franchise fee payments from TDS Broadband Services,
LLC, from September 2013 to December 2018, were deposited by the Weld County Department of
Accounting Services as E911 Payments instead of by the Clerk to the Board's Office as franchise fee
payments The Accounting Department retains the invoices in their files at the missile site Please
see the below payment detail for further information

Good morning,
After chatting with Esther, we are just going to format the spreadsheet Chris provided us to only include the
franchise fee payments, and add it to the file That should complete our records, and we will be okay moving
forward
I'm still doing research on all of the companies we have agreements with for franchise cable/tv fees and can
send you a list once it is finalized In the meantime, the ones I am aware of are TDS Broadband and Comcast,
and the payments are quarterly TDS Broadband's payments are typically on the smaller side, but Comcast's
payments are in the thousands A key phrase to look out for would be "franchise fee"

The checks are scanned into Wells Fargo and kept for 3 months then destroyed. The paper
work for last year is boxed up in the back. The rest are at the missile site. It would be a lot of
work pulling them
