Approve Reassignment to Weld County Building Code Board of Appeals
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, on the 27th day of February, 2023, the Board of Weld County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, approved Resolution #2023-0517, reassigning Matt Wagy from
the Fire Department Representative to the Plumbing / Mechanical Representative, with a
term to expire December 31, 2024, and
Whereas, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Matt Wagy to said board from the Plumbing / Mechanical Representative to the City of
Greeley Building Inspection Representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2026.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Matt Wagy be, and hereby is, reassigned to the Weld County Building
Code Board of Appeals, with a term to expire December 31, 2026.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 23rd day of April, A.D., 2025:
