These engines will replace the engines at points 023-024 at this facility currently covered under GP02s once this modification is issued. The tri-ethylene glycol dehydrator will replace the tri- ethylene glycol dehydrator currently at point 018 covered under this permit once this modification is issued. This permit application also requests to modify construction permit 23WE0147 to replace the SI RICE at point 025 of this facility with a like kind engine, and increase the permitted fuel consumption. An APEN AOS was received 6/14/2024 for this replacement under the permanent AOS provisions in the previous issuance of 23WE0147. This compressor station receives gas from several Bonanza Creek Antelope pipelines. The gas is received in the inlet gas scrubbers where any condensate is sent to the storage tanks and hauled away by truck as necessary. The tank vapors from the condensate tanks are routed to enclosed combustion devices. The gas is compressed and discharged to a 4 inch sales gas pipeline. The tri-ethylene glycol dehydrator is used to remove water from sales gas. This facility is considered: - A major source of VOC under the NANSR and Title V programs - A synthetic minor source of VOC under the PSD program - A major source of NOx under the NANSR and Title V programs - A synthetic minor source of NOx under the PSD program - A synthetic minor source of CO under the PSD and Title V programs - A synthetic minor source of n -Hexane, Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, and total HAPs under the Title V program This permit is being sent to public comment because new synthetic minor limits are being requested for the new replacement equipment.. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to avoid other requirements The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
