Notice of a Proposed Construction Permit Warranting Public Comment
Verdad Resources LLC - Ptasnik 30-44-9-59 Pad - Weld County
Notice Period Begins: June 4, 2025
Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to
the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Applicant: Verdad Resources LLC
Facility: Ptasnik 30-44-9-59 Pad
Well Production Facility
SESE quadrant of Section 30, Township 9N, Range 59W
Weld County
The proposed project or activity is as follows:
Veradad Resources LLC (Verdad) submitted this permit modification to modify the four (4)
400 bbl fixed roof crude oil storage vessels (point 001, permit 13WE2185) at the Ptasnik 30-44-9-59
Pad facility. This permit modification reflects a decrease in the permitted throughput which
directly correlates to a decrease in emissions. The facility is considered a synthetic minor source of
VOC for the NANSR and Title V programs. This is an existing well production facility located in the
serious ozone nonattainment area.
The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements

the following reason(s):
• This source is requesting a federally -enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid
other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.)
The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
