As advertised, this solicitation is for a Clothing Retail Provider and Management. This
vendor is responsible for providing clothing retail and clothing allowance program
management in Northern Colorado by providing management of consolidated purchase
of basic clothing items to include shirts, pants, footwear and jackets. The selected
retailer must be able to provide employee spend tracking and monthly invoices to the
County.
A committee reviewed and scored all proposals with final scores shown in Attachment 1
(below).
Boot Barn proposed the best solution to meet the County's needs.
Therefore, the recommendation is to award the bid to Boot Barn with no additional cost
to manage the program beyond the cost of retail purchases.
