Approve Authorization for Access to Safe Located in Office of Clerk to the Board
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, certain necessary documents are currently secured in a safe in the Office of
the Clerk to the Board, and
Whereas, it is necessary to designate an updated list of certain County officers and
employees to have access to said safe, and
Whereas, after review, the Board deems it advisable to authorize Esther Gesick, Clerk to
the Board, Chloe White, Deputy Clerk to the Board Supervisor, and Jess Reid, Deputy
Clerk to the Board, as the Weld County officials authorized to access the safe located in
the Office of Clerk to the Board.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Esther Gesick, Chloe White, and Jess Reid, be, and hereby are, authorized
to access the safe located in the Office of the Clerk to the Board.
Be it further resolved by the authorizations granted by Resolution #2017-0168, dated
January 11, 2017, be, and hereby is, superseded.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 24th day of February, A.D., 2025:
