of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill k35 as relates
to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS , on :August 30 , 197_ , the Boa:-d of County
Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado . adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County , Colorado to comply w_th the
prescribed Senate Bill - 35 , and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Planning Commission
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for
recording of plat number 0709-34-2-RE-75 as prov_ded in
Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County , Colorado .
Said division of land determined to be exempt
• from the definition of subdivision is more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the West Half(Wi) of Section 34, Township 7 North,
Range 65 West of the oth P.M„ Weld County, Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner (NWCor) of said Section 34
and considering the West line of said Section 34, as bearing South

Dear Burman:
We are submitting the following plats showing acreage located in
Section 34, T-7N, R-65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
Said plat is being submitted for a recorded exemption due to the
fact that the acerage in Lot 2 is only 31.372 acres.
This letter is to explain and correct any misunderstanding which
could arise from a Deed from J-T Land & Cattle Company to James
J. Davis and Eva Dell Davis. Said Deed recorded in Book 687, under
Reception No. 1608918 recorded March 13, 1973. This deed as shown
covers 4.424 acres of land and was used for the purpose of allowing
Mr. and Mrs. Davis a partial release of this acreage so that they
could obtain construction financing and permanent financing and
this in turn would permit them to start construction of their new
home prior to the division of this land.
At the time of the approval of the recorded exemption, Mr. and Mrs.
Davis will deed back to the J-T Land & Cattle Company the 4.424 acres
that the J-T Land & Cattle Company will deed to Mr. and Mrs. Davis
Lot B or 67.54 acres as shown the application and legal descripiton
of the recorded exemption.
If you have any questions, Mr. Davis or myself will be happy to
answer them at any time.
