Approve Amendment to Contract to Buy and Sell Commercial Real Estate Located
at 908 11th Avenue, Extending Closing Date to November 3, 2025, and Authorize
Chair to Sign — 2985 1st Ave, LLC
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, on September 29, 2025, the Board accepted an assignment of a Contract to
Buy and Sell Commercial Real Estate, between the County of Weld, State of Colorado,
by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of
the Facilities Department, and 2985 1st Ave, LLC, to purchase the property located
at 908 11th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, and
Whereas, the Board has been presented with an amendment to said Contract, which
extends the closing date to November 3, 2025, and
Whereas, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said amendment, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the Amendment to the Contract to Buy and Sell Commercial Real Estate
to purchase the property located at 908 11th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, which extends
the closing date to November 3, 2025, be, and hereby is, approved.
Be it further resolved by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign
said amendment.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 15th day of October, A.D., 2025:
