Re: Request for Consent to Assignment
To Whom It May Concern:
We are writing today concerning the lease (s) described on the attached Exhibit A (here nafter the
"Agreement", whether one or more).
In connection with that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement dated July 29, 2025 (as may be amended
from time to time, the "PSA") among 7N, LLC, 8 North, LLC, Extraction Oil & Gas, Inc., Fifth Pocket
Production, LLC, HighPoint Operating Corporation, and Mountaintop Minerals, LLC (collectively,
"Civitas") as sellers, and Dunamis Energy Operating, LLC ("Dunamis"), as buyer, Civitas has agreed to
sell to Dunamis, and Dunamis has agreed to purchase and acquire from Civitas, certain oil and gas
properties and assets, including the Agreement. The PSA is expected to close on or around October 1,
2025.
Our records indicate that your consent may be required to assign the Agreement to Dunamis. The purpose
of this letter is to request your consent for Civitas to assign all of its interests and rights under the
Agreement to Dunamis (and/or its affiliates), to the extent such consent is required by the terms of the
Agreement. However, nothing contained in this letter is intended or should be construed as granting you
rights to which you are not currently contractually or otherwise entitled under the terms of the Agreement.
Please provide your consent to the foregoing assignment(s) by signing and dating this letter in the space
provided below and then returning a signed copy via email to Jenkins@eiviresources.com. In order to
ensure a smooth and timely transition of the Agreement, we would appreciate having your response no
later than August 31, 2025.

Hi Jess,
Thanks for providing that! The SRR assignment was a wellbore only assignment so we retained all of the
leasehold interest.
For the other attachment it looks like Bayswater assigned to Prairie and then somehow we received it from
Prairie (or a successor to Prairie). The attachment provided was for the consent from Bayswater to
Prairie. I believe we received it from Land Energy.

Hi Mary,
Thank you following back up, sorry about the delay. The document the Commissioner's approve related to
assignment is just Weld County consenting to the assignment, which we do not record. After we give consent we ask
that the operator provide us with a copy of the actual recorded assignment, but that doesn't happen often. I have
attached the documents we signed allowing consent for the leases recorded at 4046794 and 4063097 to be assigned.

Hi Julie,
I'm working on the assignment you sent, dated August 14, 2025. Most of them look pretty straight forward but in my
records I show the following Reception Nos. as having already been assigned to other companies. And maybe it's just
certain interests and not the whole lease. Can you provide any insight?
Reception No. 4046794, leased by Extraction on 7/21/14, assigned to SRR Rockies, LLC on 9/30/19-I see an
assignment recorded on 8/23/2019 recorded at 4517354 is this the referenced assignment? If so, it does not look like
that lease was listed.
Reception No. 4408441, leased by Extraction on 4/29/18, assigned to Nickel Road Operating, LLC on 7/28/21,
Overriding royalty assigned to Source Rock Royalty, LLC on 3/7/22, assigned to Prairie Operating on 9/16/24 - I do see
that we assigned this lease @4754488, this should not be included in the request (sorry for the confusion)
Reception No. 4063097, assigned to Extraction on 8/17/15, assigned to Prairie Operating on 3/3/25 —lam not seeing
an assignment from Extraction to Prairie for this lease. Do you have a reception number?
