Approve Reappointments to Building Trades Advisory Committee
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, the terms for certain positions on the Building Trades Advisory Committee will
soon expire, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Jay Pier to said board as the Large Independent General Contractor Representative,
John Duesing to said board as the Heating Contractor Representative, and Scott Dial to
said board as the Home Builders Association Representative, all with terms to expire
April 10, 2028.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Jay Peir, John Duesing, and Scott Dial, be, and hereby are, reappointed
to the Building Trades Advisory Committee, all with terms to expire April 10, 2028.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 24th day of March, A.D., 2025:

Jason S. Maxey: Aye
Lynette Peppler: Aye
Kevin D. Ross: Aye
