Please be advised that on November 10,2025,Hall-Irwin Aggregates,LLC,whose address and telephone
number are 5586 W 19th Street Suite 2000,Greeley,CO 80634;(970)539-1336,filed an application for
a/an Surety Reduction Request(SR-7)to M I997058, Baseline Resource,which is located approximately 2
miles Northwest of Brighton,Section 36,Township IN, Range 67W,06th Principle Meridian,in Weld
County.
The Operator has requested a surety reduction of the financial warranty held by the DRMS.
