RESOLUTION
RE: VACATION OF PORTION OF ALLEY FOR PUBLIC ROADWAY
WHEREAS , by instrument recorded March 3 , 1910 , under

width, was dedicated to the public use as an alley, and

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the
15th day of September, 1971.
