Subject: Keenesburg Domestic Water Well and Pumping System (B2500072)
As advertised this bid is for a new domestic water well and pumping system for the new
Keenesburg grader shed. The low bid was from Quality Well and Pump LLC in the
amount of $171,700.00. This exceeds the budget that was established for this project.
Due to the high cost and only one bidder, the Facilities Department has opted to not
proceed with this bid.
Therefore, the Facilities Department is recommending rejecting this bid and include this
scope of work in the new grader shed design and bought out by the General
Contractor awarded to that project.
