Brown conveyed to Weld County, Colorado, 4 acres, more or less, for —▪� gravel excavation purposes, and WHEREAS, all gravel deposits have now been excavated and col Weld County has no further use for this land, and °' WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, is of the opinion that it is in the best interests of the County o to re-convey this land to present contiguous land owners thereby again =' placing same on the County tax rolls. r— NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that it does by these presents remise, release forever and quitclaim unto the present owners of �i contiguous property thereto the following described property, to-wit: A four (4) acre tract located in the Northwest Corner (NWCor) of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE4NE4) of Section Thirty- three (33) in Township Seven (7) North of Range Sixty-five (65) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. Alm and Victoria -i M. Alm, present contiguous land owners, of the County of Weld and State of Colorado, in joint tenancy, and it is declared that the property et is conveyed in joint tenancy to the said Raymond A. Alm and Victoria M.
