Declare Certain Equipment as Surplus Property, Approve Sale of Same at Auction
with Roller and Associates, and Delegate Authority to Controller to Sign Any
Necessary Documents
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, State Statute and the Weld County Code require that all items disposed of be
declared surplus by the Board of County Commissioners, and
Whereas, the County has determined that certain equipment, as described in Exhibit "A,"
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is no longer
required for County use, and
Whereas, after review, the Board deems it advisable to declare said equipment as
surplus, authorize the sale of same at the scheduled Roller and Associates auction on
April 9, 2025, and delegate authority to the Weld County Controller to sign any necessary
documents.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that certain equipment, as described in Exhibit "A," be, and hereby is, declared
surplus.
Be it further resolved by the Board that the sale of said equipment at auction at the next
scheduled Roller and Associates auction on April 9, 2025, be, and hereby is, approved.
Be it further resolved by the Board that the authority to sign any necessary transfer
documents, be, and hereby is, delegated to the Weld County Controller to sign as the
Agent for the Weld County Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado.

and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
