The seven (7) wells on site each producing through high/low pressure separators. Condensate and produced water storage tank emissions are routed to enclosed combustors for control. Condensate is transferred out of the facility either by pipeline or truck. Produced water is transported from the facility by trucks. The storage tank battery consists of eight (8) 500bb1 condensate storage tanks and four (4) 250 -barrel water storage tanks. Gas from the low-pressure side of the separators is routed to the buffer house where liquid is knocked out. The low-pressure gas is then routed to the sales line via vapor recovery units (VRU). In the event the VRUs are offline, gas is sent to enclosed combustors for control. Major stationary source considerations: Source is not considered a major source of criteria pollutants and project by itself is not considered a major stationary source. Consequently, changes are subject to a 30 -day public comment period. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • This source is requesting a federally -enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.). The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application. A copy of the application, the division's analysis, and a draft of construction permit number 20WE0485 are available on the division website: Air Permit Public Notices The division hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concerning the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and regulations of the commission.
