Dear Interest Owner:
This letter is to inform you that Prairie Operating Co. ("Prairie"), closed on the purchase of certain Nickel Road Operating
("NRO") assets in October 2024. Following this purchase, Prairie will now distribute the related royalty payments starting in January
2025. This letter has been sent to you because you have been identified as a royalty interest holder in the NRO assets. If this is
incorrect, please contact Prairie at your earliest convenience.
To streamline the royalty distribution process, Prairie requests that you complete, sign, and return a new W-9 Form (attached
here) with your current address. If you would like to opt -in for Direct Deposit, an Electronic Funds Transfer form (attached here)
will need to be signed and returned with a voided check to Prairie before Direct Deposit can take effect.
Revenue detail is included on the check for this revenue mailout. After this initial distribution, revenue details will be found
on EnergyLink's website. Enclosed is an EnergyLink account set up instruction form. If you have any problems setting up your
account based on the enclosed instructions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Owner Relations group.
